We’ve always thought that the Savoie wines were outstanding options to pair with very different things than the cliché of the local melted cheese… (it actually might even be not the best for that ) 

We’re thrilled to team with Rule of Thirds to organize a one of a kind wine dinner hosted by Rule of Thirds in Greenpoint, Brooklyn NYC.

The dinner will be a chance to taste nine wines from a new generation of winemakers in Savoie, together with different typical meals from the Izakaya inspired cuisine from Rule of Thirds’ and its chef JT.

The dinner will be a four-course meal, with each meal paired with several Savoie wines. Guest will have the chance to experience different expressions from the main grape varieties of Savoie: Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, in many different styles. All very natural, artisanal and hand-crafted.

Wines featured by Domaine Blard & Fils, Céline Jacquet and Cellier de la Baraterie.
